How is Design Maturity Measured?
When measuring the effectiveness of a design function, one parameter that is constantly brought up is design maturity.
Design maturity is a measure of how well the design function is integrated into business functions and strategy. A successful design team is one that has a seat at the table for business decisions and is able to influence strategy and prop the organization for the next stage of growth.
