How to create a great design portfolio (aka Processfolio)

Your whole body of work as a future designer is shown in your UX designer portfolio, but what matters to design leaders are demonstrations of the design process.

In the design profession, most hiring managers believe that process portfolios, also known as processfolios, are more significant than resumes because they spend just a short amount of time reviewing each one of the hundreds of applicant CVs.

What hiring managers are really looking for is your ability to demonstrate the goals you had to achieve, the challenges you faced, and the thought processes that went into the project. That holds more value than just the final output.

With that said, what defines a great processfolio? And if you’re a designer applying somewhere, what are the steps you can take to ensure you have a killer processfolio?

We have an article that digs deep into the above. Head on over to our website to learn more about creating a great design processfolio.
